Tomy Aprian, widely known as Mr. Tom, serves as the Academic Director and Lead Trainer at JEIC International. He is an experienced educator, trainer, and hospitality practitioner with a strong focus on preparing Indonesian candidates for successful international careers, particularly in the cruise ship and hotel industry.
